Dr. Gina was born and raised in the New Orleans area and is a graduate of Mount Carmel Academy. Upon completing a Bachelor of Science in 1997 and a Master's of Science in 2001 from Louisiana State University, she graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2005 at LSU. Dr. Gina has an interset in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. After practicing in Baton Rouge, she returned home to New Orleans. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association and the American Animal Hospital Association.

Dr. Gina enjoys rooting for the LSU Tigers and lives in Metairie with her dog Sonic and her cat Purvis.
