After growing up in New Orleans and graduating from the Academy of the Sacred Heart, Dr. Erica attended Louisiana State University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in animal science. She continued her studies at LSU, receiving her Master of Science degree in Equine Endocrinology in 2000, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Her areas of interest include dermatology, endocrinology, and internal medicine. Dr. Erica still resides in uptown New Orleans with her husband Clay, son William, and newest addition baby girl Ellis. Dr. Erica is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
